Can Launchpad be installed on Windows 10? I am having trouble finding the requisite JRE, as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No, the software hasn't been developed for Windows 10. I've checked the official website and it's listed that Launchpad works only on Windows Vista, XP, 7 and 8. I took the liberty of downloading the installation package and proceeded with the install procedure. The software installed normally and without errors. If you have a firewall, it will ask you if you want to allow Launchpad to connect to the Internet, accept and allow it, then the application will start properly.
